Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Vitamins and the Monitored Health platform, provided by Monitored Health UAB (Lithuania, European Union). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
Monitored Health is a modular platform for monitoring supplements, medications, nutrition, activity, and personal health data. The service provides informational and organisational tools only. It helps you organise and monitor your health between medical visits — it does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.
Eligibility
The app is intended for adults aged 18 and older. Accounts are currently available by invitation only. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service
No Medical Advice
Monitored is designed to support — not replace — professional healthcare. The service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Never disregard professional advice because of something you read in the app.
Intellectual Property
The Monitored Health platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Monitored Health UAB and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health data. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monitored Health UAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
